Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or "try before you buy." This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Renewal: Some subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time if you do not wish to renew.

  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

When you buy a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon.

  • Payment: We may collect a partial payment or no payment at checkout. In this case, we store your payment method and collect the full or remaining amount at a later date.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not been fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you choose "try before you buy," we authorize your payment method before processing the order.

  • Trial Period: You will have a specific period to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • Payment: If the trial period ends and you have not returned the item, we will collect the full amount via your authorized payment method.
